As a DIFM Solutions Architect, your primary responsibility will be to build beautiful, effective websites at scale—delivering an average of three to four high-quality, five-page websites per day.. Build and deliver an average of three to four high-quality, five-page websites per day, completing each within four business days of content submission. Ensure every site is polished, functional, and aligned with customer goals—handling light revisions and minor troubleshooting to maximize customer satisfaction.. Support pre-sales engagement by participating in internal Slack channels, helping address customer questions, and recommending the right solutions.. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales teams, developers, and other stakeholders across divisions to ensure a smooth customer journey and surface product insights..
