Impact & Delivery - Make sure the teams deliver well in great quality with impactful outcome in product.. Technical leadership - Contribute to roadmap & strategy, make technical decision if needed.. People management - Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of team members. Building high performing teams - Scale and manage engineering teams which will likely extend to other mobile platforms.. Who you are. Experience working on mobile apps loved by millions of users. In-depth knowledge of front-end and back-end technology with both extensive ‘hands on’ development and management experience, preferably in a multi-surface product including iOS, Android, and desktop environments.. Have managed and led a sizable cross-functional engineering team with a strong delivery track record.. Love to get involved in technical details, participate in architecture reviews, and provide technical guidance or do PR reviews if needed.. It’s a plus if you have the following additional experience:. Experience working on a world-class education product. Experience working on a real time collaborative productivity product. Experience with machine-learning.. Passionate about education and the emerging technologies, architectures & products in this space. Interview Process.
