What we’re looking for. As the CRM Team Lead at Massive Rocket, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of CRM Consultants to execute CRM initiatives and campaigns across various channels. Your role is critical in ensuring seamless execution, optimizing performance, and driving exceptional client satisfaction. By providing guidance, fostering collaboration, and leveraging your expertise in CRM platforms, you will lead your team to deliver impactful results and elevate the success of our clients' campaigns.. Responsibilities. Team Leadership and Development. β€’ Oversee a team of up to 10 CRM Consultants, ensuring adherence to the standards and practices of the Practice and Massive Rocket.. β€’ Ensure that CRM Consultant work is held accountable according to Massive Rocket standards for quality, speed, and execution.. β€’ Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members for performance feedback, skill development, and growth according to the Capability Matrix.. β€’ Participate in the recruitment process and candidate selection to ensure the team is staffed with skilled individuals who align with the team's objectives and culture.. Execution of CRM Initiatives. β€’ Lead the execution of CRM initiatives within the Braze platform across various channels.. β€’ Configure and customize the Braze platform to implement agreed-upon strategies and campaigns.. β€’ Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns using Braze's messaging capabilities.. β€’ Utilize Braze's segmentation and personalization features to tailor campaigns to specific audience segments.. β€’ Collaborate with the strategy team or other relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.. β€’ Partner with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that deliver lasting results.. β€’ Master Braze and its features to deliver innovative solutions that elevate our clients' success.. Data Management and Analysis. β€’ Manage and analyze large datasets to understand customer behavior and trends.. β€’ Utilize insights from data analysis to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.. Reporting and Documentation. β€’ Create relevant documents and reports, including measuring and reporting on the performance metrics of executed campaigns.. Qualifications. β€’ 10+ years of experience in CRM. β€’ 4+ years of experience in a team leadership or management position ( Head of CRM, CRM Team Lead). β€’ 2+ years of Braze experience. β€’ Attention to detail, including QA of CRM Campaigns, Integrations & relevant documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with best practices. β€’ Strong knowledge of digital marketing. β€’ Proven ability in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity in day-to-day professional tasks. β€’ Understanding of relational databases and data structures. β€’ Proactive mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams. β€’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills gained through experience in a client service environment (e.g., agency, client-facing role..etc). β€’ Experience working an agency setting or client facing roles. β€’ C1 level of English proficiency. Desirable. β€’ Braze Certifications ( i.e Practitioner, Marketer). β€’ Extensive experience working with Braze platform, demonstrating proficiency in utilizing its features. β€’ Experience in data analysis leveraging SQL.
