Experience leading infrastructure, platform, or development teams at scale, with a track record of building high-performing, values-aligned teams.. Excellent technical background, including strong infrastructure and platforms experience and familiarity with Kubernetes, Ruby/Go, and continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices..
