Partner with Product Managers and UX/UI Designers to define how the product communicates at every interaction.. Craft clear, human-centered language across web and mobile platforms.. Write flows, empty states, error messages, and system messaging that reduce friction.. Translate complex financial and policy concepts into accessible, user-friendly copy.. Align product language with brand voice, user intent, and business goals.. Contribute to voice & tone standards and content systems.. Support usability testing, content audits, and iterative improvements.. Work within established design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.. 🧠 What You’ll Bring. Solid experience in UX Writing across complex digital products.. English proficiency (C1/C2). Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Designers within agile teams.. Ability to translate product requirements and business constraints into concise, intuitive language.. Experience working with design systems, voice & tone guidelines, and content standards.. Hands-on experience with Figma (annotations, components), FigJam, and Google Docs.. Native or near-native English proficiency.. 💡 Nice to Have.
