Maintain ATS and scheduling tool accuracy (Greenhouse, GoodTime) including interview plans, hiring teams, permissions, and templates. Coordinate background checks and manage offer-stage workflows through onboarding handoff. Maintain clean recruiting documentation and data integrity, supporting reporting and audit readiness. Identify process gaps and drive operational improvements, surfacing friction points and recommending solutions. Support recruiting programs and cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency and scalability beyond day-to-day coordination. What we're looking for. 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations. Ideally based in the United States (Central or Eastern time zone preferred). Must haves: Experience with Greenhouse and Goodtime. Nice to Haves: Experience with tools like Gem, Notion, Airtable, or similar systems.
