The Wikipedia Library. that address community requests, gaps in existing coverage, and potential for impact.. Supporting partners in . The Wikipedia Library. to make their content accessible and troubleshooting issues when they arise.. Regularly communicating with partners and renewing agreements to ensure continuity of access to resources.. Developing your product knowledge of . The Wikipedia Library. and understanding of Wikipedia citation practices and policies and guidelines (such as . Neutral point of view. and . Reliable sources. ) in order to effectively communicate the proposition to partners. . Identifying and communicating the needs of partners to the Product Manager to improve partner experience and the overall efficiency of the program.. Collaborating with colleagues in Community Growth to develop a small menu of partner engagement opportunities, such as events, learning, and research. . Using both Wikimedia and partner data to analyse the impact of the program, with support from the Data, Evaluation & Learning team. . Professional experience in publishing, media, or a related field, including collaboration with partners or networks.. Proven flair for communicating ideas, with excellent written and spoken English and the ability to analyze data to uncover insights and tell stories.. Able to connect with partners who are typically based in UTC+2 to UTC-5 timezones and make 3 international trips each year..
