Establish best practices for reliability, performance, and operational ownership across the company.. What you already bring to the table:. Several years of experience as a software, infrastructure, or platform engineer working with distributed systems.. Strong experience building or operating . cloud-native infrastructure and service platforms. .. Deep understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous architectures, and scalable service design.. Experience working with containerized infrastructure and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.. Strong programming experience in languages commonly used for infrastructure (Go, Python, Rust, or similar).. Experience designing or operating systems with high reliability and performance requirements..
