Lead content design across client engagements, shaping clear, user-centered experiences through content strategy, UX writing, and information architecture.. Translate ambiguous product and business goals into structured content models, messaging frameworks, and scalable content systems.. Write and adapt content to meet client needs, balancing brand voice, user experience, and business objectives.. Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate content seamlessly into the product development process.. Define and deliver key content artifacts (e.g., audits, taxonomies, content models, voice and tone guidelines) while facilitating workshops to align teams on strategy and direction.. You have 4+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or content strategy, ideally within an agency environment.. You thrive in fast-paced, multi-client settings and are comfortable navigating ambiguity.. You bring a strategic approach to content, with experience in content modeling, IA, and structured content.. You have experience working with CMS platforms and shaping how content is structured and managed.. You are a strong collaborator and communicator, able to align teams and clearly articulate content decisions to clients and stakeholders.. Contractor Fee.
