You will own the reliability, scalability, and performance of the infrastructure powering our trading strategies. This includes Kubernetes operations, CI/CD systems, observability stack, and networking for high-frequency trading and DeFi strategies. Design and evolve our Kubernetes platform: operators, workload orchestration, efficient deployments (blue/green, canary).. . Build and maintain monitoring and incident response: OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Alertmanager, Loki, Tempo, Thanos/Mimir.. . Strong in at least one systems language (Golang or Rust preferred).. . Cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure) networking and IAM.. . Terraform / Ansible or similar for infra automation.. .
