Experience with Agile/Scrum development practices and working in cross-functional teams;. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;. Strong communication skills to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders;. Knowledge of Azure, DevOps;. Strong knowledge of AI powered application development techniques, algorithms, and NLPs;. Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain / LangGraph, MS Autogen, etc;. Familiarity with ML/AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar);. Hands-on experience with data processing, normalization, cleansing, and validation;.
