Working as part of a team, you will assist with the daily operations of our online learning cohorts:. . . . Customer Service:. Act as a first point of contact for learners. You’ll help distribute onboarding materials, answer inquiries, and follow up to ensure participants have a smooth experience.. . . . Logistics Assistance:. Help maintain our digital learning environments, including Zoom room administration, Google Drive organization, and coordinating Slack communications.. . . . Editorial Pipeline Support:.
