Design intuitive, consistent, and elegant experiences across the Crisp ecosystem: chat widget, app, website, and integrations. . Build and maintain a robust design system. . Work closely with the dev team. . Create high-quality designs that work in the real world and look good beyond Dribbble. . Help us bring coherence to years of evolving design. . Support both large design projects and quick UI improvements. . . . What we’re looking for. . . Strong UI and UX skills, portfolio of . real-world shipped work. . Experience working in SaaS companies. . Strong attention to detail and love for pixel-perfect interfaces. . Comfortable designing web apps, websites, and responsive interfaces. . Collaborative mindset — we sketch, discuss, and build together. . Mastery of . Sketch or Figma. . Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory — it’s our working language. . . .
