We are a fast-growing residential cleaning company based in the United States looking for a reliable, organized, and English & Spanish - speaking Virtual Assistant from Latin America to join our team full-time.. . This is a 100% remote position. You will work from home in your country and support our daily operations.. . Your main responsibilities:. . . . Answer phone calls, emails, texts, and live chat from customers (friendly & professional English required). . Schedule and reschedule cleaning appointments using our software (Jobber or similar). . Follow up with clients after service (reviews, feedback, rescheduling). . Coordinate with our cleaning teams (send schedules, confirm arrivals). . Light bookkeeping: enter payments, send invoices, track overdue accounts. . Help with social media posts and replying to comments (Facebook/Instagram). . Other admin tasks as needed. . . . Schedule & Hours:. . . . Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST (US Eastern Time). . Occasional Saturday shifts during busy seasons (paid extra or time off in lieu). . 40–45 hours/week. . . . Requirements:. . . . Fluent English (written and spoken) – you will speak with US customers daily. . Very reliable internet and a quiet place to work. . At least 2 years of experience as a VA, customer service rep, or call center agent. . Experience with Google Calendar, Gmail, WhatsApp Business, CRM software. .
