Ensures all Service Level Agreements are met, identifies SLA improvement areas, and suggests process improvements.. . . . Ensures all Sellers are taken to a signed LOI swiftly and professionally.. . . . Draft LOIs from our templates for each seller and send them for review.. . . . Identifies workflow improvement areas and suggests process improvements.. . . . Creates SOPs according to findings, suggestions, and feedback.. . . . Ensures the correct implementation and/or consistent adherence of SOPs.. . . . Ensures each stakeholder access to the tools, folders, and data they need.. . . . . . Key Performance Indicators. .
