Conduct a . quick UX review / product audit. of the existing web application.. . Identify usability issues, friction points, and navigation challenges based on current user feedback.. . Propose and validate improvements to: Information architecture; Navigation structure; Layout and usability patterns; and Visual hierarchy and accessibility.. . Create and iterate on: User flows; Wireframes and/or low-fidelity prototypes; and High-fidelity UI designs (as needed).. . Collaborate with stakeholders to align improvements with business goals and user needs.. . Work closely with development (or internal stakeholders) to ensure designs are feasible and correctly implemented.. .
