What You'll Do. . As our Founding Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in driving Guideline Guru’s growth by closing mid-market accounts in the mortgage space. You’ll also help evolve our sales process and product roadmap, and will report to our CEO. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role with a clear path to broader sales and company leadership opportunities.. . Your Responsibilities:. . . . Full Cycle Sales:. Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing and onboarding.. . . Lead Generation:. Build relationships with inbound leads and proactively generate new opportunities through emails, calls, LinkedIn, referral partners, and industry events.. . . Sales Targets:. Hit a $600K annual quota with uncapped commissions and an accelerator incentive for overachievement.. . . Product Impact: . Identify customer needs and product gaps, and help translate them into new feature ideas.. . . Process Evolution: . Help streamline and evolve our sales process, and contribute to marketing initiatives and customer support when needed.. . . What We’re Looking For. . Experience:. . . 4+ years of SaaS sales experience.. . Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas.. . Experience managing and closing mid-market or enterprise deals.. . Experience selling into mortgage lenders is a strong plus, but not required.. .
