Collaborate with engineering partners (internal + external) to ensure high-quality implementation. . Influence processes, standards, and creative culture of the Design team. . . About you. . You might be a great fit if you:. . . Have . 8+ years. of experience in web/visual/UI design with a portfolio demonstrating . world-class craft. , storytelling, and systems thinking. . Are strong across . UX, layout, visual design, and typography. . Have experience designing marketing surfaces for technical, B2B, or product-led companies. . Understand how to collaborate with engineers and think in . HTML/CSS/React constraints. (coding skills not required, but deep understanding is). . Have a sharp eye for . visual consistency, motion, micro-interaction quality, and illustration. . Can operate autonomously with a . bias toward velocity. , owning projects from concept to launch. . Are excited to establish processes, patterns, and design rituals for a growing team. .
