Release Management:. . . Manage first- and second-generation Salesforce managed packages.. . Automate deployment processes to enhance the release management lifecycle.. . Oversee release management for the Salesforce platform, ensuring adherence to best practices.. . Resolve validation and deployment errors promptly.. . . CI/CD Pipeline Setup:. . . Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and environments from scratch.. . Ensure seamless and consistent code delivery through the development lifecycle.. . Provide long-term solutions and develop roadmaps for process improvement.. . . Version Control & Collaboration:. . . Use version control systems (e.g., Git) for tracking changes and effective collaboration.. . Maintain a clean repository structure with branches for development, testing, and production.. . . Post-Deployment Support:. . . Support post-deployment activities such as knowledge transfer, documentation, and bug fixes.. . Collaborate with team members to ensure secure environments for development, QA, UAT, and deployment.. . . Stakeholder Coordination:. . .
