Own features from implementation to production within a well-defined product scope. . . . Build and maintain robust Ruby on Rails systems used at scale. . . . Work closely with product and other developers to solve real user problems. . . . Write and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, and E2E). . . . Improve performance, reliability, and maintainability of existing systems. . . . Take responsibility for the quality and long-term health of what you build. . . . . What We’re Looking For. . Required. . . . 4+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails. . . . Strong backend engineering skills and database experience. . . . Solid experience writing and maintaining automated tests (including E2E). . . . Experience building and running production systems. . . . Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership. . . . Strong problem-solving mindset, you look beyond tickets. . . . Experience with Web APIs. . . . Availability during EMEA working hours. . . . Nice to Have . . . . Experience with React . . . .
