We’re hiring an Outreach Manager to own and scale our link building + brand mentions engine.. . This is not a basic VA outreach role.. . We’re looking for someone proactive, commercial, organized, and sharp — someone who understands that every quality placement, relationship, backlink, and mention can directly impact rankings, traffic, pipeline, and AI visibility.. . You’ll work closely with our founder Irina and SEO/GEO Manager Cindy to help grow authority for our clients.. . Tasks. . . Run cold outreach campaigns to secure backlinks, guest posts, brand mentions, listicle placements, and strategic partnerships. . Build and manage long-term relationships with editors, publishers, and website owners in the SaaS space. . Execute link building campaigns for clients based on monthly priorities and KPIs. . Manage the full guest post process from prospecting to publication. . Keep outreach pipelines, trackers, and reporting organized and up to date. . Improve and automate workflows to increase efficiency and results. . Take ownership of the process and consistently push campaigns forward. . . Requirements. . . Experience in cold outreach, link building, or partnerships. . SaaS or B2B experience preferred. . Strong written English and communication skills. .
