You will work in one of our cross-functional teams alongside a Product Manager, a Tech Lead, and several developers. Additionally, you will actively and regularly coordinate with all relevant stakeholders in the company.. . Together with your team’s Product Manager, you will plan and conduct user research activities (user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and other qualitative and quantitative methods).. . You will derive opportunities from research findings to identify areas for improvement in our product while developing a deep understanding of our users.. . You will lead workshops with your team, stakeholders, and users to define problem statements, ideate solutions, and serve other purposes.. . You will define interaction patterns, usage scenarios, and user flows to illustrate your ideas and make your solutions tangible.. . You will create low- and high-fidelity prototypes, as well as everything in between.. . You will be responsible for the complete design of your product area.. . Your requirements for the job. . . . 4+ years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer in a B2B SaaS environment. . Proven end-to-end responsibility for a product or product area. . Experience working in an agile environment or having an agile mindset. . Experience in preparing and conducting workshops. . Experience in planning and executing user research, as well as analyzing qualitative and quantitative data. . Proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools. . Independent and solution-oriented working style. . Knowledge of the latest UI/UX trends and design standards. . You are fluent in English and comfortable using it in a professional setting. . . .
