Supporting CMO to strategize and spearhead Marketing projects and initiatives beginning at post-purchase of the customer experience that drive customer retention and repurchases, including but not limited to:. Product packaging & insert design and messaging. Email, SMS, and direct mail marketing including segmentation by purchase behavior / customer type . Loyalty & Referral programs. Social, Community & Brand Ambassador programs. Reputation management and reviews . Customer surveying and feedback. Planning and updating our Marketing Calendar (Email, SMS, Blog posts, et al).. Reporting on core Marketing KPIs from all campaigns. . Our Requirements:. . Bachelor’s degree in business studies, marketing, or a comparable area. Minimum three years of experience in a Digital Marketing role. A/B testing mind-set. Experience using mainstream marketing, ecommerce, and project management tools (eg Asana, Slack, Yotpo, Klaviyo, Shopify, Canva).
