Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information via phone calls (inbound, outbound) and email. Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with patients. Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Requirements. Fluency in English and Cantonese or Korean/English (verbal and written) required. Availability to work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (United States). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in the Healthcare sector is a plus (but not required). Previous experience in customer service is a plus. Must be organized and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet required.
