We're looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise ServiceNow implementations — from module configuration and integrations to platform lifecycle management and technical debt reduction. This is a hands-on development role: requirements and user stories are typically already defined, and you'll execute against them with real platform depth, not just admin-level configuration. Strong overlap with US business hours is required.. . What You'll Do. . . . Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions across relevant modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and others depending on engagement). . . . Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers with existing enterprise systems. . . . Write advanced JavaScript for ServiceNow scripting — Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions. . . . Follow upgrade-safe, OOTB-first configuration practices, favoring Flow Designer and Decision Tables over heavy custom scripting where possible. . . . Support platform governance, data integrity, and technical debt reduction. . . . Collaborate closely with existing product and delivery teams against defined requirements and user stories. . . . Contribute to platform-architecture-level initiatives such as Now Assist (GenAI), Virtual Agent, CSDM, and ITOM AIOps where applicable. . . . Support ACL remediation and platform security hygiene. . . . What You Bring. . . . Strong to expert-level hands-on ServiceNow development experience. . . . 5+ years hands-on enterprise ServiceNow development experience (8+ years in Information Services overall preferred). . . . Advanced JavaScript skills for ServiceNow scripting (Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions). . . . Strong communication skills for close collaboration with client and delivery teams. . . . Comfort working within an upgrade-safe, OOTB-first configuration philosophy. . . . Ability to work independently against pre-defined requirements and user stories. . . . Nice to Have. . . .
