We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead delivery of an enterprise ServiceNow program. This is a program and delivery leadership role, not hands-on development — you'll coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, operations, and delivery to keep a high-visibility, enterprise-scale ServiceNow initiative on track. ServiceNow platform familiarity matters here, but your core value is program rigor: planning, stakeholder alignment, and risk management at scale.. . What You'll Do. . . . Own program-level planning and coordination for enterprise ServiceNow initiatives. . . . Align stakeholders across IT, operations, and delivery teams throughout the program lifecycle. . . . Track milestones, risks, and dependencies, proactively surfacing and resolving blockers. . . . Support and inform implementation decisions in collaboration with hands-on ServiceNow development teams. . . . Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, including status updates and progress reporting. . . . Facilitate cross-functional meetings, workshops, and planning sessions. . . . Identify opportunities for process improvement across the program. . . . What You Bring. . . . Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or Delivery Lead on enterprise-scale technology programs. . . . Working familiarity with the ServiceNow platform (competent-level understanding, not hands-on development). . . . Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills. . . . Experience tracking and managing program risk, milestones, and dependencies at an enterprise scale. . . . Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details for business stakeholders. . . . Comfort operating in a high-visibility, enterprise program environment. . . . Nice to Have. . . . PMP or other project/program management certification. . . .
