About the Role. . We are looking for an . embedded Marketing Operations Manager. who will own day-to-day marketing execution across channels. This is not a task-based VA role. You will work closely with the founder, turning strategy into shipped campaigns, partnerships, ads, and outreach. Outreach and follow-ups. . Organizing campaigns and tracking participation. . . . . Social media execution. . . Scheduling and posting content. . Maintaining cadence across platforms. . Light engagement and replies (secondary). . . . . SEO for Shopify + AI discovery. . . SEO improvements for ecommerce. . Optimization for discovery via AI tools and LLMs. . Research and implementation of best practices. . . . . Marketing tools & systems research. . . Evaluating CRM, email, outreach, and marketing tools. .
