Role Overview . Maneva is seeking a Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on Events & Trade Shows to own the planning, execution, and follow-through of Maneva’s event and field marketing efforts. This role is critical to how Maneva shows up in the market through conferences, trade shows, speaking engagements, and targeted networking events. . This role is ideal for someone who has owned events end to end—from planning and positioning through execution and post-event follow-up—and who brings experience in other marketing areas (content, collateral, digital) as complementary support. You will work closely with Growth, Sales, and leadership to ensure events are executed with clear goals, strong messaging, and measurable outcomes. . This is an individual contributor role with meaningful ownership and room to grow as Maneva’s go-to-market efforts scale. . This role is fully remote, with travel for events as needed. .  . Key Responsibilities . Events & Trade Shows (Primary Focus. ) . Own Maneva’s marketing execution for events, conferences, and trade shows end to end. . Support speaking engagements, panels, and networking events, including preparation of messaging, materials, and positioning. . Plan and coordinate event timelines, deliverables, and logistics in partnership with internal teams and external vendors. . Develop event-specific marketing assets such as booth materials, presentations, handouts, and post-event follow-up content. . Partner with Growth and Sales to define clear goals for each event (e.g., lead generation, meetings booked, brand visibility) and track outcomes. . Conduct research on target events to assess strategic value and ROI, helping prioritize where Maneva shows up. . Content & Sales Enablement Support (Secondary) . Create and update marketing and sales materials such as one-pagers, presentations, case studies, and event-specific collateral. . Support Sales with materials needed before and after events, including follow-ups and tailored assets. . Ensure all materials are accurate, on-brand, and aligned with Maneva’s messaging. . Brand & Marketing Execution . Help ensure Maneva’s brand and narrative are consistently represented across event materials and external touchpoints. . Support content creation for announcements, event-related campaigns, and thought leadership tied to field marketing efforts. . Maintain consistency in messaging and visual presentation across assets. . Website & Digital Support (Supporting) . Assist with website updates related to events, announcements, and content publishing. . Support basic digital marketing tasks as needed, in coordination with Growth.. Cross-Functional Collaboration . Work closely with Growth, Sales, and leadership to align events with broader go-to-market priorities. . Coordinate with external vendors or contractors (designers, printers, event organizers) as needed. . Partner with Operations to ensure smooth execution of event-related logistics and timelines. .  . Qualifications . Experience: 2–4 years of experience in marketing, field marketing, and events roles, ideally within B2B or technology companies. . Bonus: Experience marketing to industrial or manufacturing audiences is a strong plus. . Events Ownership: Demonstrated experience owning events or trade shows end to end, not just supporting execution. . Execution-Oriented: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable, with strong follow-through on timelines and deliverables. . Content & Communication: Strong writing and communication skills; experience creating customer-facing materials. . Brand Sensibility: Good eye for layout, presentation, and on-brand execution. . Technical Curiosity: Interest in or ability to learn technical products and communicate complex topics clearly. . Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving, remote environment. . Travel: Willingness to travel for events as needed. . Tools & Software . Familiarity with the following tools is expected: . Design & Content: Canva, Adobe Acrobat Pro (or similar tools) . Presentations & Docs: PowerPoint, Word, Excel . Web & CMS: Basic experience updating website content or working with a CMS . Collaboration: Teams, Outlook . Project Coordination: Familiarity with task or project management tools is a plus .
