You will guide the design, development, and delivery of real-time and batch data pipelines, advanced analytics solutions, and cloud-based data infrastructure. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.. . Define and execute the roadmap for the data platform in collaboration with product management, architects, and other engineering leaders.. . Contribute to the architectural vision, ensuring high availability, scalability, fault tolerance, and security of data systems.. . Provide technical guidance on complex data engineering challenges, including data ingestion, transformation, warehousing, and analytics.. . Establish and enforce best practices for software development, data governance, and data quality, promoting Agile/Scrum methodologies.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions.. . Oversee operational health of the data platform, including monitoring, alerting, on-call responsibilities, and incident response.. . . . 10+ years of industry experience with at least 4+ years managing multiple engineering teams in large-scale, complex environments.. . Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and growing high-performing engineering teams.. . Strong background in data architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling of complex data systems.. . Hands-on experience with real-time and batch data pipelines and technologies such as Snowflake, Athena, ClickHouse, Flink, Kafka, and Airflow.. . Proficiency with big data tools like Spark, Python, DBT, SQL, and Snowpark for advanced analytics workloads.. .
