This role provides the opportunity to oversee and maintain compliance and quality assurance standards across organizational and client operations. You will develop monitoring systems, conduct internal audits, and ensure adherence to legal, contractual, and policy requirements, including HIPAA and other regulatory standards. The position involves close collaboration with project management teams to identify risks and implement corrective actions, while supporting a culture of accountability and integrity. Accountabilities. . Develop, implement, and oversee compliance monitoring systems to ensure adherence to laws, policies, and contractual standards.. . Conduct internal audits of staff files, credentials, and security clearances to maintain regulatory compliance.. . Maintain HIPAA training records and monitor occupational health compliance for assigned personnel.. . Respond promptly to client or County requests for compliance documentation and reporting.. . Advise project managers on risk mitigation strategies and corrective action plans.. . Ensure continuous quality improvement by identifying gaps and recommending process enhancements.. . . Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Compliance, or related field; Master’s preferred.. . Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or equivalent credential.. . Minimum of 7 years of experience in compliance and quality assurance within healthcare or public health.. . Strong knowledge of HIPAA, County Standards of Conduct, and relevant federal, state, and local regulations.. .
