Oversee IT support operations, defining and enforcing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to optimize incident and problem management. Your goal is to ensure a seamless end-user experience through proactive system improvements and industry-best practices.. . . Security and Compliance:. Serve as a leader in implementing security controls and compliance frameworks. You'll be instrumental in guiding the organization toward achieving CMMC 2.0 certification, ensuring we are always audit-ready.. . . Business Continuity:. Safeguard organizational resilience through proactive disaster recovery planning and rigorous business continuity management. You'll lead regular testing to minimize downtime and risk.. . . Team Development:. Direct, mentor, and develop a team of system administrators and IT support staff. Define multi-year infrastructure roadmaps and manage budgets to balance operational efficiency with strategic investments in emerging technologies. What You will need to become a Phillips Virtuoso! . . . 10+ years of related experience in network and server management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.. . Demonstrated success implementing IT Service Management (ITSM) with SLAs, incident, and problem management.. . Hands-on experience with Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP), including planning, testing, and monitoring.. . Advanced experience in enterprise application development.. . Proven leadership in security and compliance with frameworks such as CMMC 2.0.. . . Technical Skills:. . . Network & Infrastructure: Proficient in network architecture (switching, routing, firewalls, VPN), server administration (Windows/Linux), and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).. . ITSM: Expert in ITSM platforms, ticketing systems, and queue management workflows.. . Security: Experience with security monitoring, vulnerability management, MFA, zero-trust, and SIEM platforms.. . Automation: Skilled in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) and configuration management solutions.. . DR/BCP: Deep understanding of DR strategy planning, system recovery testing, and RTO/RPO measurement.. . .
