Oversee IT support operations, defining and enforcing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to optimize incident and problem management. You'll be instrumental in guiding the organization toward achieving CMMC 2.0 certification, ensuring we are always audit-ready.. . . Business Continuity:. Team Development:. Direct, mentor, and develop a team of system administrators and IT support staff. What You will need to become a Phillips Virtuoso! . . . 10+ years of related experience in network and server management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.. . Demonstrated success implementing IT Service Management (ITSM) with SLAs, incident, and problem management.. . Hands-on experience with Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP), including planning, testing, and monitoring.. . Advanced experience in enterprise application development.. . Proven leadership in security and compliance with frameworks such as CMMC 2.0.. . . Technical Skills:. . . Network & Infrastructure: Proficient in network architecture (switching, routing, firewalls, VPN), server administration (Windows/Linux), and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).. . ITSM: Expert in ITSM platforms, ticketing systems, and queue management workflows.. . Security: Experience with security monitoring, vulnerability management, MFA, zero-trust, and SIEM platforms.. . Automation: Skilled in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) and configuration management solutions.. . DR/BCP: Deep understanding of DR strategy planning, system recovery testing, and RTO/RPO measurement.. . .
