Accountabilities:. . Design and execute a channel strategy tailored to target geographies and growth market segments.. . Identify, recruit, onboard, and support high-potential reseller partners aligned with the company’s expansion goals.. . Create robust partner enablement frameworks, including training, support, and revenue-sharing models.. . Serve as the main point of contact for reseller partners, offering strategic and operational guidance.. . Collaborate with Marketing to build localized campaigns and materials tailored to regional needs.. . Work with Product and Legal teams to ensure compliance and feature alignment with local markets.. . Track performance metrics and conduct regular business reviews to optimize growth and success.. . Represent the company at external partner meetings and events to promote the reseller program.. . . Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel or reseller partnership management, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.. . Strong understanding of reseller business models and revenue-sharing structures.. . Demonstrated success in building and scaling channel programs.. . Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.. .
