Resolve customer issues effectively and professionally, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.. . Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system to improve service quality.. . Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide comprehensive travel solutions.. . Stay informed about the latest tourism trends, destinations, and company offerings to provide the best advice to clients.. . . Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is a plus.. . Prior experience in customer care or service, preferably in a tourism-related field.. .
