In this role, you will drive strategic sales initiatives and lead customer relationship management across a dynamic regional territory. You will be responsible for growing revenue, building strong dealer partnerships, and executing impactful marketing and brand campaigns. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to retain and grow customer relationships.. . Drive product sales and ensure customer satisfaction through strong relationship management.. . Promote products via targeted marketing campaigns, presentations, and product demonstrations.. . Lead 360° brand and product campaigns, identifying new markets and dealer opportunities.. . Strengthen dealer partnerships and support dealership development to improve efficiency and reduce costs.. . Manage brand communication, reputation, and facilitate internal/external training programs.. . Coordinate operational activities including logistics, marketing materials, and cross-functional alignment.. . Execute trade marketing plans, engage with institutional clients, and monitor market trends.. . Travel extensively to gather insights, evaluate dealer performance, and ensure timely collections.. . . Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.. . 10–12 years of experience in sales and marketing with a focus on channel sales, key account management, and team leadership.. . Proven expertise in dealer-based distribution models, ideally in power tools, power products, agriculture, or industrial segments.. . Prior experience with government departments and institutional sales is highly desirable.. . Demonstrated success in brand building, business development, and sales strategy execution.. . Fluency in local languages with working proficiency in Hindi and English.. . Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic understanding of e-commerce platforms.. .
