As a Remote Maintenance Coordinator, you will coordinate and manage maintenance requests for our property portfolio. You will work closely with property managers, tenants, and maintenance personnel to ensure timely and efficient resolution of maintenance issues. Strong communication skills in English and Spanish are essential for effective coordination with tenants, vendors, and technicians. . Responsibilities:. . Receive and review maintenance requests submitted by tenants and property managers.. . Prioritize and assign maintenance tasks to the appropriate maintenance personnel or vendors.. . Coordinate schedules and appointments for maintenance and repair work.. . Communicate with tenants, property managers, and maintenance personnel to provide updates on the status of maintenance requests.. . Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed within established timelines and in compliance with company standards.. . Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, and relevant documentation.. . Collaborate with property managers to assess and address recurring maintenance issues.. . Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.. . Previous experience in property management, maintenance coordination, or a related field is preferred (PropertyWare).. .
