Salesforce Developer. to provide technical expertise and support for our client’s Salesforce environment. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality development within an Agile framework to ensure the platform’s stability and ongoing improvement. The developer will primarily address maintenance requests, bug fixes, and O&M enhancements, while also contributing to new development initiatives as team capacity allows.. Responsibilities:. . Provide day-to-day Salesforce development support, including resolution of maintenance requests and bug fixes.. . Implement enhancements to existing functionality in alignment with client requirements and best practices.. . Participate as a member of an Agile Scrum team, attending stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.. . Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and other developers to refine user stories, ensure quality, and deliver on sprint commitments.. . Support integration efforts with third-party systems as needed.. . Maintain technical documentation in accordance with client standards.. . Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.. . Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and prior experience working in Agile teams.. . Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps and Git.. . Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills.. . Preferred Qualifications:. . Salesforce Platform Developer I certification. . Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. . Prior federal government project experience. .
