Monitor trends and adapt content accordingly to increase reach and engagement. . Engage with our community through comments, DMs, and brand voice. . Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall campaigns. . Track performance metrics and provide monthly performance reports. . . . Native or fluent . German speaker. . . Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms. . Strong understanding of social media trends, tools, and best practices. . Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in German. . Ability to create basic graphics or edit short-form videos is a plus. . Organized, proactive, and able to work independently. . Previous experience with social media tools (e.g. Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.). . Company Location: Italy.
