In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for Nordic-speaking users of the ride-sharing app, helping them navigate the platform, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless user experience. Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking users through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.. . Assist customers with inquiries related to app functionality, account issues, and ride-related questions.. . Efficiently handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure a positive experience.. . Document all interactions with customers in the CRM system accurately.. . Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance user satisfaction and address potential service issues.. . Stay updated on app features, industry trends, and best practices to provide informative and helpful support.. . . Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and English; additional languages are a plus.. . Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the technology or transportation sector.. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.. . Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.. . Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.. .
