These roles are designed for mid- to senior-level candidates with a clear pathway toward technical leadership and project management.. Key Responsibilities. Lead civil design and plan development for roads, drainage, grading, utilities, and site development . Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and consultant coordination . Oversee permitting and compliance with local/state/federal requirements . Review calculations, drawings, specifications, and construction submittals . Partner with clients, municipalities, and contractors through delivery. BS in Civil Engineering or related discipline . 7–15+ years of civil/infrastructure project experience . Proficiency in Civil 3D and/or MicroStation (role dependent) . Strong knowledge of design standards, permitting, and construction documentation .
