This role requires strong proficiency in CAD tools and a keen understanding of space planning, building elevations, and architectural layouts. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to produce technically sound and visually clear plans that meet both aesthetic and regulatory standards.. Key Responsibilities:. . Create precise planning drawings, elevations, and layout plans using CAD and other design software.. . Interpret architectural sketches and design briefs to develop full construction-ready plans.. . Maximize space efficiency while adhering to client specifications and building codes.. . Ensure all drawings are aligned with UK building regulations and planning guidelines.. . Collaborate with architects, planners, and contractors to revise and improve drawing packages.. .
