Your mission will be to enhance product adoption, reduce churn, and drive customer growth through a mix of digital engagement, strategic communication, and data-driven insights. You’ll play a key role in scaling customer success efforts in a digital-first environment, working cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams.. . Accountabilities:. . Manage a high-volume portfolio of global accounts through scalable digital and traditional outreach (email, phone, in-app communication).. . Monitor product usage trends to identify churn risks and uncover expansion opportunities.. .
