As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with inquiries, product information, and support, ensuring a seamless customer experience.. Key Responsibilities. . Respond to customer inquiries related to Pluxee services and products via phone, email, and chat.. . Provide precise information and assistance regarding customer accounts, transaction processing, and troubleshooting.. . Handle customer complaints empathetically and work towards effective resolutions.. . Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.. . Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.. . Stay updated on Pluxee’s offerings and promotions to better inform customers.. . . Fluency in Dutch or Greek (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.. . Previous experience in customer service is preferred.. .
