Associate Digital Consultant, Salesforce at Zaelab. As an Associate Digital Consultant , Salesforce, you will support clients in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that support digital transformation initiatives. This role blends strategic consulting with hands-on Salesforce work and requires strong collaboration with clients and internal delivery teams.. You will work under the guidance of senior consultants and delivery leads, contributing to requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and user adoption activities.. Your Key Responsibilities:. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce-based solutions. Assist in the design and configuration of Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Commerce Clouds. Support Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and integration efforts. Work closely with developers, architects, and project managers to ensure timely delivery and quality. Help document business requirements, process flows, and solution designs. Support end-user training, documentation, and change management activities. Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and align with client goals. Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM fundamentals, including data models, security model, and declarative automation tools. Exposure to Apex, SOQL, and JavaScript. Familiarity with Lightning pages, components, and basic UI configuration. Exposure to Lightning Web Components (LWC) is a plus. Basic understanding of REST/SOAP integrations and middleware solutions such as MuleSoft. Familiarity with version control (Git) and deployment concepts (Change Sets, SFDX). Ability to support testing activities, including writing basic test cases and validating solutions. Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification . Salesforce Administrator certification. Experience:. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in Salesforce administration, business analysis, or consulting. Experience supporting B2B processes and/or digital commerce solutions is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and learning quickly. Company Location: Brazil.
