To support early go-to-market efforts, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Coordinator to help execute marketing and demand generation initiatives that keep the lead funnel active and expand our presence within legal communities.. This role is operational by design. You will manage tools, workflows, and publishing cadence that ensure lead generation and community engagement compound week over week while the CEO focuses on sales conversations, demos, and closing customers.. Role & Responsibilities. We are seeking a highly organized Growth Marketing Coordinator to support early go-to-market execution, marketing operations, and lead funnel management.. In this role, you will help maintain outreach systems, coordinate content and community engagement, and ensure that inbound interest consistently converts into scheduled conversations with the CEO.. What you’ll do:. Follow up promptly on inbound inquiries, warm replies, and information requests, converting interest into booked meetings with the CEO.. Maintain and manage lead lists, segmentation, and outbound tools such as CRM systems, Sales Navigator, Dripify, and Apollo.. Support outreach experimentation by running basic A/B tests and optimizing campaigns for higher engagement and response rates.. Identify and participate in relevant legal communities, bar associations, and professional networks to build visibility and generate warm inbound opportunities.. Maintain a consistent content cadence across blogs, LinkedIn posts, and community engagement to sustain ongoing awareness.. Track weekly funnel metrics (outreach, replies, meetings booked, and attendance) and surface insights on performance and improvement opportunities.. Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows and ensure consistent follow-through.. Familiarity with CRM systems, outbound prospecting tools, and marketing platforms, or the ability to learn them quickly.. Clear and professional written communication skills for outreach, follow-ups, and content publishing.. An analytical mindset with comfort tracking funnel metrics and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and conversion..
