The Accounts Payable Assistant is responsible for receiving, analyzing, and processing Brazilian fiscal documents in SAP for payments. This role also includes posting customer refunds and judicial payments in SAP, providing support for corporate credit cards, and posting supplier advances and clearing transactions.. This is a temporary contract position for an initial period of 3 months, with the possibility of extension for an additional 3 months.. Key Responsibilities. Receive, analyze, and process Brazilian fiscal documents; . Post customer refunds and judicial payments; . Provide support for corporate credit cards; . Post supplier advances and clearing transactions.. Technical degree and/or related course in Business Administration or similar; . Experience with SAP ERP (S/4HANA is a plus); . Ability to identify and flag opportunities for improvements in routines and processes; . Intermediate knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets); .
