We are seeking a senior product management leader to drive enterprise Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) and identity governance initiatives. This role focuses on shaping product strategy, defining roadmaps, and delivering innovative identity solutions that enhance authentication, access, and security for customers across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders, security teams, and cross-functional technology teams to implement scalable identity solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation. You will lead a high-performing team, manage the enterprise CIAM roadmap, and translate complex technical and business requirements into actionable, customer-focused solutions. This position is fully remote, offering flexibility to work from a confidential home environment while collaborating with teams across the organization.. Accountabilities. . Define and own the CIAM product strategy, vision, and roadmap for enterprise identity solutions.. . Lead identity platform modernization efforts, including application migration, integration, and feature delivery.. . Serve as the primary liaison to business leaders, aligning identity solutions with business goals and customer journeys.. . Establish metrics, OKRs, KPIs, and reporting to measure program success and inform decisions.. . Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team of digital identity professionals including engineers, analysts, and project leads.. . Ensure CIAM solutions comply with internal security policies, regulatory standards, and audit readiness requirements.. . Partner with technology SMEs to assess current capabilities, define strategic architecture, and implement secure authentication solutions.. . Drive automation, self-service capabilities, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize user experience and platform adoption.. . Communicate product strategy and outcomes effectively to stakeholders, presenting data-driven insights and facilitating change management.. . . 7+ years of experience in product management, digital identity, or cybersecurity roles.. . Prior experience in banking, financial services, or B2B digital platforms is required.. . Proven track record leading enterprise-scale identity platform migrations or implementations.. . Deep understanding of CIAM, identity federation, MFA, authentication protocols (OIDC, SAML), and risk-based authentication.. . Strong experience with stakeholder management, executive communication, and presentation skills.. . Ability to define metrics, operationalize KPIs/OKRs, and analyze performance data to inform strategy.. . Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).. .
