Engage with customers primarily in Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) via phone, email, and live chat.. . Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.. . Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, working towards first-contact resolution.. . Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within our CRM system.. . Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer experience.. .
