Key Responsibilities. . Handle customer inquiries related to the online marketplace, including order management, product information, and returns via phone, email, and live chat in Danish.. . Assist customers with navigating the website and troubleshooting any issues they encounter.. . Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions promptly and effectively.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure proper follow-up.. . Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes.. . Stay updated on product offerings and marketplace policies to provide accurate information to customers.. . . Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.. .
