On-site in Düsseldorf or remote within Germany. As a Group Product Manager at Cognigy, you will own the full lifecycle of strategic product initiatives, from discovery to launch and beyond. You’ll partner with Engineering, Sales, Product Marketing, and Design to bring customer-centric, data-driven features to life in a fast-paced and high-impact environment.. You’ll serve as a key interface between our customers, internal stakeholders, and leadership — balancing market demands with strategic priorities to ensure we continuously deliver meaningful value through our platform.. Your responsibilities will include. . . Mentor and develop. a team of Product Managers and/or Product Owners, driving performance, strategic alignment, and career growth. . . . Own and deliver the product roadmap. – Ensure key initiatives are executed on time, aligned with product strategy and customer commitments. . . . Lead Discovery-to-Launch. – Drive the entire product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, delivery, and enablement in collaboration with Product Marketing and Sales. . . . Prioritize for Impact. – Guide and prioritize initiatives based on business goals, customer feedback, and market research aligned with product strategy. . . . Market & Customer Research. – Conduct competitive benchmarking and meet frequently with customers to validate problems and solutions. . . . Strategic Delivery. – Translate leadership vision into clear product goals, roadmaps, and metrics, supporting execution across teams. . . . Define Cross-Cutting Requirements. – Own and document high-level functional and non-functional product requirements (e.g., SLOs, compliance goals, or platform-wide expectations). . . . Collaborate Broadly. – Work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and fellow PMs to break down epics and guide implementation. . . . Prototype and Mock. – Create simple mockups and prototypes where helpful to support ideation, design alignment, or internal storytelling. . . . Champion Data-Driven Decision Making. – Use product analytics, customer usage insights, and measurable success criteria to inform and validate product decisions. . . . Continuously Improve. – Stay up to date on trends in AI, SaaS, and customer experience, continuously growing your product expertise and impact.. . Growth Potential. About you. . Experience leading and developing a team of Product Managers and/or Product Owners . . Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong track record of delivering successful B2B SaaS products . . Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving markets — ideally within AI, customer experience, or enterprise software . . Strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguous environments and knows how to prioritize for business outcomes . . Skilled at turning complex technical and business requirements into clear product plans . . Experienced in customer interviews, stakeholder alignment, and competitive analysis . . Deep understanding of agile product development and product discovery best practices . . Strong communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority . . Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard, Amplitude, or similar . . Fluent in English (German is a plus, but not required). . Company Location: Germany.
