Responsibilities. . Provide exceptional customer support in Portuguese for clients in the Renewable Energy sector.. . Resolve customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally.. . Educate customers about renewable energy products and services.. . Assist customers with account management including billing inquiries and service changes.. . Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company database.. . Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.. . Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide informed support.. . .
